Use your phone or tablet to participate in the Post-Graduate Course (PGC) sessions.
Find your interactive session and click on the Q&A option to view the questions that will be shown during the presentation.
Select your answers and compare them with those from other attendees at the end of the session.
Do you have a question to ask during a presentation? If you’d like to ask the speaker something during his/her talk on a matter that you did not understand well, or if you have a different point of view that you’d like to share, use the Q4U tool!
Submit your questions via the ILC 2016 app directly to the person presenting. Depending on the time available, session chairs will select the most worthy or appropriate questions from the list of questions asked during a talk, and the presenter will answer them. This is time-dependent during the short breaks from one presentation to another.
All unanswered questions will be sent to the speakers shortly after the end of the congress and answers will be presented in the Community Portal on the EASL website.
For interactive sessions, the polling system will be available to the audience. Delegates will be asked to vote on a question that is presented on the screen and then results will be made available immediately for discussion. Get involved by using the polling system and actively affect the discussion that will follow when the live results will be presented.
Delegates are encouraged to use the ILC 2016 app to submit requests to poster authors. Arrange a ‘face-to-face’ meeting with any poster author to talk about research and findings.
Poster presenters and delegates will meet in Hall 8.0 at the EASL booth for a discussion around the ePoster of interest. Other congress delegates will be able to see when such meetings are scheduled and can join in at the assigned ePoster station on the EASL booth.
Look for ePoster connect under the PROGRAMME menu on your mobile app.
