The Journal of Hepatology is the official Journal of EASL. Since its creation in 1985, the Journal has seen an impressive development and readership numbers are ever increasing. Over time, it has developed into one of the leading journals in the field, publishing the newest discoveries in hepatology. The EASL membership includes free access to the Journal of Hepatology.
The Editorial team is composed by a team of more than 40 editors and is led by Prof. Rajiv Jalan.

|For the 2016 edition of the International Liver Congress™ the Journal of Hepatology published a supplement entitled “Molecular Biology of Hepatitis B Virus”.
The supplement includes reviews covering the main aspect of the molecular biology of HBV as well as a discussion on new innovative therapeutic targets for HBV and HDV.
